Freight Forwarding Pricing Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Freight Forwarding Pricing Coordinator to support our Freight Forwarding team by managing pricing activities, RFQs, quotations, shipment tracking, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily pricing and operational activities, ensuring timely quote preparation, accurate data management, efficient shipment monitoring, and seamless coordination between sales, operations, vendors, and customers.

• Execute daily pricing and operational support activities in alignment with business objectives.
• Respond to customer, sales team, and vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Process RFQs and prepare standard quotations for air, sea, road freight, and customs clearance shipments.
• Ensure quotations are submitted within agreed turnaround times.
• Monitor shipment status from the inquiry stage through final delivery and update stakeholders accordingly.
• Coordinate with vendors, agents, carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Track service performance and elevate operational delays or service issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and status updates within freight forwarding systems and ERP platforms.
• Ensure proper handling and filing of shipping documentation and operational records.
• Support vendor registration processes and maintain supplier information.
• Verify invoice accuracy by matching customer invoices with vendor charges.
• Assist in maintaining operational reports, KPI tracking, and pricing databases.
• Collect and maintain information related to vendor rates, service performance, and market trends.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with local and international vendors and partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience within the Freight Forwarding industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in pricing, customer service, operations coordination, or logistics administration is preferred.
