• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or related discipline.
• 5-15+ years of relevant experience depending on the position.
• Experience with airlines, MROs, OEMs or aviation suppliers.
• Knowledge of aircraft spare parts, rotables, expendables and repair management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using ERP/MRO systems such as SAP, AMOS, TRAX, CAMP, Traxall or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
