Warehouse Logistics Manager

22K per month plus family benefits.

This role is for a leading FMCG company in KSA. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution logistics, and management of 3rd Party (3P) stores across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Must maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role will need to optimize the warehouse utilization, improving supply chain efficiency, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting timely deliveries to the customers.

Applicants for this role should have the following:

• At least 10 years experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations with FMCG or food industry
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years in a management role
• Exposure to multi-location distribution, 3P store management, and cold chain logistics is an advantage
• Must have a transferable IQAMA
• Arabic speakers are preferred but not essential
• Applicants should have hands-on experience with ORACLE or SAP

Roles and responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing inventory management
• Managing the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
• Compliance with food safety and company quality standards
• Controlling operational costs
• Implementing and maintaining WMS
• Coordinating with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Finance teams for demand planning, order fulfillment, and stock reconciliation
• Optimizing the space utilization
• Leading, training, and supervising warehouse, logistics, and 3P store teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs
