Supply Chain About the Role
Ready to dive into the dynamic world of supply chain? Join us and collaborate with key functions like procurement, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing sites. You’ll be a vital part of our team, supporting material planning and production scheduling in Saudi plant. Keep an eye on performance and make adjustments as needed, while keeping everyone in the loop. This is an amazing opportunity for students or recent graduates who are passionate about Supply Chain and eager to kickstart their career in an international setting.

As an Intern Analyst in Supply Planning, you’ll be support material planning and production scheduling in Saudi plant.
Responsibilities- Craft action plans to optimize inventory
- Ensuring that resources, labour, capacity and materials are optimised in order to achieve the Company’s Customer Service and Inventory Targets Objective
- Purchase Raw materials and components required for the execution of the Production Schedule.
- Maintain Material Master Data in ERP system
- Track inbound shipments from suppliers
- Ensure products are available at warehouses and manage weekly replenishments
- Support process improvements
- Engage proactively with local supply chain teams
- Participate in and organize regular reviews on operations, quality, and improvements
- Update monthly KPIs and perform root cause analysis on supply chain losses
- University degree in Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain Management
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in general Office software, with advanced Excel skills being a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven and quality-oriented
- Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity
You need to be eligible to work in the country of application.
