Key Role & Responsibilities
- Decide the Order Qty of each SKU based on below:
- Sales Performance of each SKU,
- Stock Cover of each SKU,
- Lost sales opportunity due to being out of stock in the past.
- Future events, Peak and Low season.
- Current & future Book [ catalogues] production and distribution plan.
- Decide the life Cycle of each SKU based on performance curve, demand and supply, supplier status etc.
- Cost and moq
- Maintain a tracker [excel sheet] as well as system for the cost & MOQ of each collection/sku for each supplier.
- In case of change in cost & MOQ
- Negotiate Cost & MOQ for each SKU with supplier. - PR-PI-PO
- To ensure-PR & PO is forwarded to supplier with enough lead time.
- PI & PO is matching – Qty, Cost, Payment & Other terms & Condition, Shipment date etc.
- To ensure a signed copy of PO is received from supplier.
- STOCK LIQUIDATION PLAN
- Stock liquidation plan for old stock
- Cutoff date for terminal stock
- Board approval to sell it to whole sellers on clearance price.
- Provision for obsolescence

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Mgt, Business administration, or related field.
- 5-8 experience Logistics, production, planning.
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office) Especially excel. (
- Problem Solving.
