Inventory Manager

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for studying the inventory, making detailed studies and analyzing sales in raw materials and price categories.
• Follow-up the manufacturing plan for catalogs and hangars and ensure its progress according to the plan adopted at the beginning of the year.
• Monitoring the distribution of catalogs until they reach customers and monitoring their sales after distribution.
• Reviewing and updating the list of customers dealing in raw materials.
• Monitor the balances of distributed / in-process catalogs and ensure that there are sufficient balances of them.
• Ensure that the library is updated and ensure the presence of all company codes in it, and remove the expired codes.
• Coordinate with the lounge manager to make a complete inventory of the lounges and manufacture / modify the hangars located in them to ensure that there is a balance in all items and to ensure that all items are displayed in the lounges.
• Responsible for proposing price adjustments after studying similar items on the market and agreeing with sales and presentation to the supply manager.
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs
• Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.

• Experience as an inventory manager for at least 5 years
• Practical knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP),professional in Excel, power BI
• The ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Bachelor / in business administration / logistics or related field
• Product and inventory management certification
