Total-TECH Co in Jeddah seeks a senior procurement leader to own the outsourced manpower category across all business units. You will drive demand planning, market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and cost optimization while maintaining rate cards and validating requirements before sourcing.
You will lead end-to-end sourcing from requisition to award and deployment, ensure competitive bidding and policy compliance, and act as the primary commercial interface with suppliers.
