We are a rapidly growing company seeking a highly qualified and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah. Our ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English communication skills and a strong background in supply chain management.
As the Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics. You will work closely with our suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels and optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support company growth and profitability
- Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excess or obsolete stock
- Work closely with other departments to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly
- Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions that may impact sourcing decisions
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and forecasting techniques
- Proficient in English communication (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
