Role Summary The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading demand planning supply planning inventory management and cross-functional coordination to ensure service continuity and alignment between supply demand and financial commitments This role supports the end-to-end planning process drives forecast accuracy manages inventory levels and partners with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of business plans and product launches
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a robust demand planning process to ensure a complete and accurate demand statement across a 28-month planning horizon
- Manage demand planning, supply planning, inventory and logistics activities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times and service levels
- Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams
- Compare demand forecasts against financial commitments and ensure alignment with approved plans
- Coordinate with Regulatory department and other key stakeholders to manage SKU changes in line with applicable requirements including SFDA regulations
- Analyze data to identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards
- Support new product launches forecasting and distribution planning
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
- Support order processing including new order communication, troubleshooting shipment requests, product grouping and order amendments resulting from supply review
Bachelor s degree in pharmacy science, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field. MBA or higher education desired but not required. +5 years work experience in a similar environment is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
