Inventory Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Indian Nationals Preferred)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian national, you will have a preference for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise to manage our inventory effectively.

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies that ensure accurate tracking and control of all inventory levels
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and inventory control processes
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including proper documentation for international shipments
• Responsible for conducting regular physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, with a focus on minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency
• Collaborate with purchasing department to forecast future inventory needs based on sales data, market trends, and upcoming promotions or events
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues related to orders or quality control
• Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and rotation of inventory items
• Analyze data related to inventory levels, sales trends, costs, and other metrics to make informed decisions about ordering and stocking levels

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management or similar role
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles such as forecasting, demand planning, procurement, logistics
• Proficient in using inventory management software systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred but not required)
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
