Procurement Officer

Khidmah is looking for a Procurement Officer in KSA to handle end-to-end purchasing, vendor management, and order tracking to ensure project materials arrive on time and within budget.

• Vendor Sourcing & Management:
  Source quality products, negotiate prices/terms, evaluate performance, and maintain the approved supplier list.
• Order Processing & Tracking:
  Convert approved PRs to POs, track open orders, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely site delivery.
• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work with internal teams to define material specs and deliver cost-effective purchasing solutions.
• Reporting & Compliance:
  Maintain accurate procurement logs, generate reports, and comply with company policies, HSE, and security standards.

• Education:
  
  Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  2+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Skills:
  
  Knowledge of local market, full procurement cycle, negotiation, and report writing.
• Tools & Systems:
  Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Outlook.
• Languages:
  
  Fluent in English.
• Certifications:
  
  Supply chain certification is a plus.
