Responsible for supervising daily manifest operations in Jeddah, ensuring accurate shipment documentation, customs compliance, and efficient coordination with customers, shipping lines, port authorities, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in shipping, customs clearance, or manifest operations.
- Good knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and port operations.
- Familiarity with ZATCA/Fasah systems and shipping documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.
- Good command of English and Arabic preferred.
