Maintenance Planner

As a Maintenance Planner
, you will establish, maintain, and continuously improve maintenance planning and scheduling processes to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operations and equipment
. You will work closely with maintenance teams to optimize workflows, manage resources, and drive defect‑free maintenance work.

• Establish, maintain, and improve maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
• Scope the full extent of maintenance work, including repair, preventive, predictive, and design‑out activities.
• Develop cost and time estimates for planned maintenance work.
• Order necessary parts, equipment, services, and documentation to complete maintenance tasks.
• Write maintenance procedures that ensure high‑quality, defect‑free work.
• Maintain accurate equipment maintenance histories and job records.
• Keep technical information on processes, stations, and equipment up to date.
• Translate asset management and maintenance strategies into workplace activities.
• Lead root cause failure analysis and investigations.
• Apply good stores and parts management practices to ensure reliability.
• Schedule maintenance work into productive plans.
• Capture and report key performance indicators for equipment reliability, department performance, and planning effectiveness.
• Continuously improve planning, scheduling, data management, and job reporting systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance supervision to schedule manpower and resources for optimal maintenance and production outcomes.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science.
