Summary

The Chief Specialist, Maintenance Control Center will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the maintenance control center to ensure effective and efficient maintenance operations.

• Develop and implement maintenance control center procedures and policies
• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance control center specialists
• Monitor and track maintenance activities, including scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate communication between maintenance teams, engineers, and external vendors
• Analyze data and provide reports on maintenance performance and efficiency
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize maintenance processes

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience working in maintenance control center roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of maintenance operations and procedures
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Certification in relevant maintenance or engineering fields is a plus
