Maintenance Supervisor – Awraad Hotel (Jeddah)
Awraad Hotel is looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily maintenance operations across the hotel.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and repair work.
- Lead and support the maintenance team.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency issues.
- Ensure hotel facilities, equipment, and guest rooms are safe and well-maintained.
- Monitor contractors and maintain maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in the
hotel industry
. - Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance systems.
- Technical diploma or certification in Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.
