Facilities Operations & Maintenance

Oversee the full operation and maintenance of all company facilities, offices, and workplace environments.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all facilities via maintenance planning.
Monitor facility conditions and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Handle all facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of all building systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, electrical distribution, generators, UPS, fire protection, and building automation systems.

Assets & Office Management

Lead workplace planning, office setup, renovations, relocations, and space optimization projects.
Ensure smooth and efficient workplace experience for employees and visitors.
Manage office services including reception, meeting rooms, pantry, parking, supplies, and common areas.
Oversee workplace readiness and support organizational growth and operational needs.
Manage facility assets throughout their lifecycle, including inventory control, replacement strategies

Vendor & Contractor Management

Manage all facility-related vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Lead contract negotiations, service agreements, renewals, and performance monitoring.
Ensure vendors deliver services in line with agreed SLAs, quality standards, and budgets.
Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance, fit-out, and facility projects.
Manage workplace support services, including housekeeping, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, hospitality, and other facility-related services.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security.
Lead workplace safety initiatives and emergency preparedness plans.
Conduct regular facility inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
Ensure all certifications, licenses, and statutory requirements are maintained and up to date.
Lead facility sustainability and environmental initiatives, including energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and compliance with environmental regulations.

Projects & Facility Improvements

Lead and manage facility enhancement projects, office expansions, relocations, and refurbishments from planning to execution.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost optimization, and workplace enhancement.

Budget & Cost Management

Prepare and manage the annual facilities budget.
Monitor operational expenses and ensure effective cost control.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
Track facility-related expenditures and provide regular reporting.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with internal departments to support business and operational requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related matters.
Ensure high levels of employee satisfaction related to workplace services and environment.
Develop and present facility performance reports covering operational efficiency, service levels, costs, risks, compliance, and improvement initiatives.
Serve as the primary liaison with building owners and property management, ensuring compliance with lease obligations, building policies, permits, maintenance activities, office modifications, and effective resolution of facility-related matters.

QUALIFICATIONS,

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3
-5 years of experience in facility management or workplace operations.
Strong experience managing facilities operations, vendors, maintenance, and workplace projects.
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and facility compliance standards.
