Facility Inspector

• To inspect, evaluate, and monitor the condition and performance of building facilities and systems to ensure proper functionality, safety, and compliance with relevant standards and maintenance procedures.

Conduct regular inspections of building structures, MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems), and external areas.

Identify maintenance needs, defects, and safety hazards, and report them promptly.

Verify that maintenance and repair works are executed according to approved standards and specifications.

Prepare inspection reports and document findings with photos and recommendations.

Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of maintenance issues.

Support preventive maintenance programs and assist in scheduling inspections.

Monitor contractors’ performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Participate in handover inspections for new or renovated facilities.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services).

Experience in facility inspection, maintenance supervision, or related field.

Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and inspection standards.

Good understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance principles.

Proficient in using inspection checklists, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.

Excellent attention to detail, communication, and report-writing skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspection sites.
