Maintenance​/Cleaning Helper, General Labor

Qumreya Company is a facilities management provider serving clients across Saudi Arabia’s public and private sectors. The company works collaboratively with clients to understand service requirements and deliver practical maintenance solutions. We are seeking a dependable Helper to support day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations at our Jeddah location.

• Assist maintenance staff with routine tasks and basic repairs under supervision.
• Move, organize, and prepare tools, equipment, and materials for assigned work.
• Help keep work areas, equipment, and storage spaces clean, orderly, and safe.
• Follow supervisor instructions and site safety procedures, and promptly report hazards or damaged equipment.
• Support loading and unloading supplies and completing other operational tasks as needed.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to help meet client service requirements.

This is a hands-on support role suited to someone reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. The position is based in Jeddah and supports local facilities operations.

• Ability to perform practical, hands-on tasks and follow directions carefully.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and maintenance materials is an advantage.
• Awareness of workplace cleanliness, safe material handling, and site safety practices.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move supplies as required by assigned duties.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a responsible approach to work.
• Ability to cooperate with maintenance teams and communicate issues to a supervisor.
• Willingness to learn routine facilities support procedures and follow client-site requirements.
