Cleaning Supervisor

Managing the cleanliness sanitation and overall upkeep of all areas within the building This includes overseeing a team of cleaning staff coordinating schedules monitoring inventory and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

• Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all building areas
• Develop and manage cleaning schedules to optimize staff efficiency and coverage throughout the property
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with safety and sanitary regulations
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints from tenants in a timely manner
• Implement and enforce cleaning protocols and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare reports on cleaning operations including staff performance and maintenance needs for management review

• 3-5 Experience in same filed
• Diploma or higher
  
  Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
  
  Effective communication skills both verbal and written
