Overview
Purpose of the Role
To lead the end-to-end management of a3 million square meter landscaped area within the prestigious project. This role ensures the highest standards in landscape aesthetics, sustainability, and service delivery—while maintaining strong alignment with client expectations and contractual KPIs.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across soft-soaping, irrigation systems, and seasonal maintenance.
- Drive the development and implementation of innovative landscaping enhancement plans.
- Maintain strict adherence to aesthetic and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with client representatives through transparent communication.
- Ensure compliance with contractual KPIsand service delivery SLAs.
- Saudi Nationality—mandatory as per client requirements.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in landscape managementwithinfacility managementorlarge-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain large outdoor landscaped areas ideally exceeding1 million m².
- Strong technical expertise in horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscaping maintenance standards.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing on-the-ground teamsand coordinating subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills;proficiency in Englishis preferred.
- Advanced expertise in large-scale landscape operations and maintenance
- Strong field supervision and daily team coordination
- In-depth knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and seasonal care
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and service providers
- Consistent focus on quality, aesthetics, and continuous improvement
- Solid understanding of KPI/SLA compliance within facility management contracts
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and reporting skills
- Commitment to sustainability and efficient resource utilization
- Proficient in operational planning and problem-solving under pressure
