Consolidation Team Leader

Supervise and coordinate consolidation activities within the outbound operations team to ensure order accuracy, timely dispatch, and adherence to operational standards. Act as the link between management and consolidation staff to enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement.

• Lead and supervise logistics team to meet performance and quality standards.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, staging, and loading of shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Use WMS and other systems to track activities and report performance.
• Maintain documentation, resolve issues, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Bachelor's degree + Related certificates (preferred)
