Overseeing warehouse operations, supporting the warehouse manager in ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and adherence to safety protocols. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in logistics and warehouse management.

• Operational Support
  • Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring processes run smoothly.
  • Help coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Team Supervision
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Assist in scheduling shifts and assigning tasks to team members.
• Inventory Management
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Support cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies in operations and suggest improvements.
  • Implement standard operating procedures to enhance workflow.
• Safety and Compliance
  • Support adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in safety training and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Reporting
  • Assist in preparing reports on warehouse performance metrics, such as productivity and inventory levels.
  • Communicate any operational challenges to the Warehouse Manager.
• Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations, including procurement and logistics.
  • Support special projects or initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• 6-8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Warehousing.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
