We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the fast-track delivery of an luxurious family residence project. The role involves overseeing the Finishing, Fit-out, and MEP scope.
Key Responsibilities- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of all project phases.
- Manage contracts, variation orders, and cost controls under contract conditions
. - Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to meet tight deadlines.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering / Architecture or Construction Management.
- 8-12 years' experience in Luxury Projects (5 Hotels, Palaces, Resorts, Compounds).
- Strong background in Architectural Coordination
- Proficient in Primavera/MS Project
. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, influence and inspire project team to achieve high quality results
