Manager - Facility Maintenance

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager - Facility Maintenance to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our facility. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring optimal building conditions, and implementing cost-effective maintenance strategies.

Team Management:

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
• Assign tasks, prioritize work orders, and monitor performance
• Develop and implement training programs for team members

Facility Maintenance:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the facility maintenance budget
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them Monitor expenses and control costs

Emergency Response:

• Develop and implement emergency response plans
• Coordinate responses to facility emergencies

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance management and a deep technical proficiency in cold store maintenance and refrigeration system reliability
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
