Project Director - Western Consultancy

Project Director required for a prestigious building project based in Riyadh, KSA. Reporting to the Regional Director of Project Management, you shall be required to work on your own initiative, to manage the budget and to lead both the project and the project team, ensuring the projects runs on time, to specification and within budget, meeting the client's expectations.

• Carrying out instrumental role in nurturing existing client relationships and winning projects.
• Assisting Regional Director of PM MENA with business development initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise as required on projects.
• Line Management of employees as assigned, including management of employee productivity and performance.
• Responsible for managing job profitability of assigned projects and reporting into the RDPM.
• Promote and foster strong team culture and open and transparent communication with the PM Project teams.

The successful candidate shall be Western educated, and have at least 15 years' experience in delivering project management consultancy services. You must have demonstrable technical expertise and knowledge, proven ability to deliver high-rise building projects, as well as a track record of managing teams. Furthermore you shall possess good interpersonal skill, with the ability to deal with key internal stakeholders, clients and staff.

The position requires an in-depth knowledge of the Gulf region and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Middle East.
