Minimum 3 to maximum 7 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain industry, focused on warehouse engineering.

• Proficiency in English speaking & writing.
• Self‑motivated to learn the Miebach methodology and to develop required skills to address various requirements.
• Quick learner, adaptable to Miebach Consulting’s consulting services.
• Considerable skills in data management using tools like MS Excel or equivalent.
• Capability to conceptualize & synthesize ideas and present them in formats such as MS PowerPoint or equivalent.
• Adherence to Saudization norms; preference for Saudi Nationals or persons with transferable residence permits.

• Participate as a Team Leader of Projects and other company initiatives; perform tasks assigned by the designated Reporting Manager.
• Work with clients, suppliers & internal teams to understand business requirements; identify data requirements, perform analysis, contribute to strategies and solutions.
• Aid the decision‑making process by building results that present insightful data summaries and clear support for conclusions and recommendations.
• Visualize, interpret, report and communicate data findings creatively in various formats and to various audiences.
• Take initiatives to share acquired knowledge through learning sessions.
• Continue to acquire and develop company knowledge relevant to the skills required to deliver services by reaching out to subject matter experts and studying available literature.
• Continuously self‑update regarding market solutions in warehousing and related requirements.
• Continuously improve core areas of work (e.g., content creation, presentations, communication, analytics) via learning through examples and shadowing peers.
• Create organizational assets like project summaries, case studies, white papers, etc., as part of regular work or whenever opportunity arises.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant sciences or an equivalent course in Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 to maximum 7 years of relevant supply chain industry experience.
• Ability to read & understand AutoCAD drawings.
• Capability of Leading, Following, Coordinating & Follow‑Ups.
• Candidate will be responsible for mentoring & supporting junior colleagues, contributing proactively in organization building.
• Active communication, personality and good behavior mandatory.
• Proactive approach and meticulous self‑management of daily activities required.
• Candidate required to be open to travel up to 80% of working days; sometimes all 5 days; travel could be up to 1 month stretch.

Domestic and international travel; travel within GCC up to 80% of working days; projects may require travel up to 35% monthly up to 75% monthly.
