Operations Manager

Middle East Mattress Factory Co. is searching for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to lead our operational strategies and ensure smooth execution across our manufacturing and distribution processes. • Oversee daily operations and ensure that all business activities are conducted smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and performance measurement.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
• Male.
• 30 to 45 years of age.
• Saudi or Lebanese national.
