We’re seeking for an experienced Process Assistant to join the team at our Jandakot Fulfillment Center for a position on the Night shift from 5:15pm - 3:15am.

The Process Assistants will support the Area Manager, and will hold responsibilities in one of the following process areas within the Fulfillment Center Operations:
Receive, stow, pick, pack or ship. You ll have the opportunity to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.

• Support and work in all departments as required
• Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties etc
• Providing coverage for Area Managers
• Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)
• Tracking and reporting of ATS/labor hours
• Assisting the floor as an associate resource, training associates and verifying SOP compliance
• Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance
• Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity
• Fully understanding workflow and daily production goals
• Assisting in keeping work area clean and organised
• Identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area
• Coaching associates to work safely at all times

• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Experience leading teams
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Availability to work 38 hours+/week, and overtime as required
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members

• Experience directly managing others
• Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement
• Experience with in a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
