Alignment with FICIC and bespoke EPC contract framework and other concession agreements JV and partnership forms The successful candidate will operate at both Strategic level advising senior leadership Technical Level driving claims preparation and negotiation strong

- Developing and implementing claims management framework across RUA projects
- Advising on contractual entitlements under FIDIC models and other forms of contracts and agreements
- Managing high- value complex claims both offensive and defensive
- Supporting and leading dispute resolution processes DAB DAAB arbitration etc
- Coordinating with external counsel delay experts and quantum consultants
- Provide strategic advice to executive management on claims exposure and risk
- Support project teams in claims avoidance strategies
Qualified Lawyer (LLB OR equivalent) from recognized jurisdiction. Admission to practice law is strongly preferred. Postgraduate in construction law / arbitration / claims management is highly required
Experience and Skills requiredMinimum 12-18 years of experience in construction law and claims management, major infra., real estate, and EPCprojects. Demonstrated experience with FIDIC contracts and complex, high value claims and disputes. Experience in KSA /GCC is strongly preferred. Deep understanding of EOT and delay analysis principles, variations and change management, disruption andprolongation claims. Familiarity with arbitration process (ICC, LCIA, SCCA or similar). Familiarity with dispute mechanism under construction contracts including FIDIC.
Ability to bridge legal, commercial, and technical aspects of claims. Have a track record of managing major disputes on mega projects
