Branch Manager

Our client, a leading company in the Food & Beverage
industry, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of their locations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry, hands-on leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of their branch, ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.

• Oversee and manage the full day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all shifts.
• Lead, train, and supervise branch staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams, to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by monitoring service quality and promptly addressing customer feedback and complaints.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health and safety standards within the branch.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily workforce allocation to meet operational needs.
• Monitor and control branch-level inventory, stock levels, and ordering to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
• Track daily sales, branch expenses, and key performance indicators, taking corrective action where needed.
• Handle cash management, POS operations, and daily reconciliation processes for the branch.
• Resolve operational issues, staff conflicts, and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular staff briefings and on-the-job training to reinforce service standards and operational procedures.
• Ensure the branch's cleanliness, presentation, and equipment are maintained to company standards at all times.
• Report branch performance, incidents, and recommendations to the Operations Manager or senior management on a regular basis.
• Support the rollout of new products, promotions, and company initiatives at the branch level.

• Previous experience in a Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, Shift Manager, or similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
• Proven experience in team supervision and daily staff management.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Basic proficiency in operational and sales reporting.
