Innovation Manager

Job Description Key Responsibilities

Innovation Strategy:

• Develop and implement innovationstrategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and technological advancements.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage innovation projects from conception to implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams toensure project milestones and objectives are met.

Research and Development:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
• Develop prototypes and pilot programs to test new ideas and concepts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and support for innovationinitiatives.
• Communicate progress and outcomes of innovation projects to senior management.

Culture of Innovation:

• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization.
• Encourage and support employees in generating and developing new ideas.

Budget Management:

• Manage the innovation budget toensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Compliance and

Risk Management:

• Ensure innovation activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with innovation projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field;
  
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing innovation projects.
• Strong understanding of market research, product development, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication,and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
