- Collaborate with the development team to define technical direction and system design for products and supporting systems.
- Create, manage, and track project documentation, including project schedules, detailed project plans, project scope statements, resource plans, risk and issues logs, and status reports.
- Tailor project management and support processes to meet the specific needs of each project.
- Oversee day-to-day project activities and staff, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and within budget.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project deliverables and manage expectations.
- Make decisions regarding trade-offs and risks, driving key decisions across projects.
- Provide recommendations on schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation based on team input.
- Report ongoing project plans and status to account managers, clients, and management.
- Contribute to strategic planning and asset creation processes.
- Manage resource planning and assess organizational capacity.
- Coach and train team members on software development and implementation best practices.
- Participate in the design and coding of products as needed.
