Key Responsibilities

Innovation Strategy:
Develop and implement innovation strategies that align with the company s vision and objectives. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and technological advancements.
Project Management:
Lead and manage innovation projects from conception to implementation. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
Research and Development:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging trends. Develop prototypes and pilot programs to test new ideas and concepts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and support for innovation initiatives. Communicate progress and outcomes of innovation projects to senior management.
Culture of Innovation:
Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization. Encourage and support employees in generating and developing new ideas.
Budget Management:
Manage the innovation budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively. Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Compliance and

Risk Management:

Ensure innovation activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with innovation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field;
Master s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation management or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing innovation projects.
Strong understanding of market research, product development, and project management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
