Role Title

Program Director
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
About Our Client:
Our client is a prominent real estate organization driving mega-scale master-planned development projects in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Program Director on a confidential basis to take single-point accountability for delivering a major development program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Governance:
Establish program roadmaps, decision rights, and performance baselines. Chair governance forums and advise executive leadership on major awards and strategic trade-offs.
- Full-Lifecycle Delivery:
Direct all stages from planning and design through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. Manage complex package interfaces across infrastructure, utilities, and buildings.
- Commercial & Contractual Oversight:
Own master schedules, multi-billion-SAR budgets, and cash flow forecasts. Oversee FIDIC contract administration, including claims, variations, and EOTs.
- Stakeholder &
Risk Management:
Oversee program risk exposure, statutory compliance, and digital controls reporting.
Candidate Profile &
Qualifications:
- Experience:
10+ years in mega-scale program management, construction, or land development.
- Scale & Expertise:
Proven track record leading infrastructure or land development programs exceeding SAR 1 Billion. Deep practical knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Saudi construction law.
- Education &
Languages:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (Master's/PMP preferred). Fluent in Arabic and English.
