Facility Management - Senior Manager; Real Estate Development

To lead and govern the operations function for the organization, ensuring safe, reliable and customer-focused operation of the company's real estate assets and properties. The role drives property and facilities performance, service quality, operational readiness, cost efficiency, tenant and customer experience, vendor performance, and regulatory compliance while protecting asset value and aligning operations with the company's business strategy.

• Develop and execute the operations strategy, operating model, annual plans and service standards across the real estate portfolio; establish service levels, operating procedures and performance measures; monitor operational continuity, manage 3rd parties’ and resolve critical service issues.
• Oversee day-to-day property, asset management and facilities operations, including hard, soft and special contracts services, preventive and corrective maintenance, utilities, FF&E/OS&E where applicable, security, housekeeping and common-area services; ensure effective asset handover, commissioning, mobilization and operational readiness for new or refurbished properties; oversee lifecycle maintenance priorities and service continuity.
• Set and monitor tenant and customer experience standards; establish feedback and service-recovery mechanisms; track complaints, response times and satisfaction trends; coordinate operational initiatives that improve comfort, accessibility, service quality and overall property experience.
• Lead operating budget planning and cost control; oversee service-provider contracts, SLAs, vendor performance and targeted KPIs; drive cost optimization without compromising service quality; ensure compliance with HSE, Civil Defense, regulatory, insurance and internal governance requirements; maintain operational risk, emergency-response and business-continuity controls.
• Lead and develop the operations team; establish KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting; drive continuous improvement, smart-building, and technology-enabled operations; use operational data to improve productivity, energy efficiency, response times, and decision-making while strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
• Leads integrated property and facilities operations across hard and soft services, maintenance, utilities, handover, operational readiness and asset lifecycle requirements to ensure safe, reliable and efficient service delivery.
• Establishes service standards, tenant/customer experience measures and vendor performance controls; resolves escalations and improves service quality through structured performance management and feedback.
• Applies CAPEX/OPEX discipline, HSE and regulatory controls, business continuity, KPIs, dashboards and smart-operations initiatives to strengthen cost efficiency, compliance, visibility and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline. Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience (at least 3 years) in managing Teams.
