Mall Operations Manager

Alandalus Property Company is a Saudi Joint Stock Company under the Commercial Registration No.  dated 17/9/1427 H (corresponding to 10/10/2006) and the Ministerial Decision No. 2509 dated 03/09/1427 H (corresponding to 26/09/2006). It was established as a Saudi closed shareholding company with a capital of two hundred and thirty-eight million nine hundred thousand ) Saudi Riyals. Currently the capital is nine hundred and thirty-three million three hundred thirty-three thousand three hundred and thirty ) Saudi Riyals, divided into 93,333,333 ordinary shares.

In 2015, 30% of the company’s shares were offered for public subscription. The number of shares offered was 21 million ordinary shares with a nominal value of SR 10 per share.

• Alandalus Property is a leading company in the field of investment, development and operation of commercial income-generating properties throughout the Kingdom. The main activity of the company is currently concentrated in:
• Retail properties including commercial centers and community shopping centers.
• Hospitality.

The selected candidate will oversee and manage the overall operational activities of Al-Andalus Mall in Jeddah. This includes keeping day-to-day operations efficient, coordinating the operational functions and maintaining a safe, organized and well-maintained environment within the mall.

• Prepare operational budgets for the mall’s operating departments and monitor their implementation after approval.
• Develop and manage the mall’s operational budgets and review financial information to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Plan and oversee the mall’s operational functions, including maintenance, cleaning, and general operational services.
• Monitor the implementation of development and operational improvement projects within the centre.
• Track progress against operational plans and take corrective action when performance deviates from plan.

• Maintain high-quality operational standards through regular inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities, assets and equipment.
• Monitor contractors’ performance and supervise their work to protect company interests and make sure agreed work is completed.
• Ensure operations comply with relevant regulations, safety requirements and center standards.
• Identify operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation actions.

• Prepare periodic reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
• Follow up on audit observations related to operational activities and implement corrective actions.
• Support the development and review of operational policies and procedures.

• Supervise operational teams and ensure smooth coordination between operational functions.
• Monitor the performance of supervisors and staff, and support their training and development.
• Coordinate with tenants, customers, vendors and service providers to resolve operational issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 10–12 years of total experience in the relevant field, including at least 3 years in the same role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong administrative, planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to deal calmly with emergency situations.
• Ability to analyze numbers and adjust plans accordingly.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop others.
