Position: Area Manager (Watches & Jewelry) - KSA

Area Manager is responsible for aligning the strategies and policies set by the country manager to ensure that the retail operations meet their goals in line with the organizational and business requirements. In addition to ensuring that retail operations meet their financial goals, customer service standards, increasing sales, managing budgets, ensuring customer and employee satisfaction

Duties and Essential Job Functions Management:

Provides focus and a sense of direction for retail employees.

Ensure enforcement and adaptation of corporate values and vision.

Maintain, enforce, and carry out the retail goals, policies, and procedures.

Manage general activities related to providing the organizational services.

Consult with other executives, staff, and team members about general operations and administrative activities.

Direct and manage the retail’s financial and budgetary activities under their authority.

Analyze financial statements, reports, and other performance indicators and provide the necessary feedback and recommendations.

Identify areas of raising efficiency and effectiveness and to improve performance, policies, and programs.

Monitor, control and approve capital and non-capital expenditures as related to their area of concern.

Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers.

Develop quantified M.B.O. plans for the direct subordinates and ensure that the process propagates through all levels in line with the respective country management

Technical:

Conduct managers quarterly review process in conjunction with retail management.

Ensure all SBU’s have the correct staffing structures based upon sales performance and allocated budgets.

Liaise with managers to optimize stock allocations to maximize sales potential.

To maintain viable and healthy relations with strategic accounts, business partners, official entities, financial institutions, and government bodies.

Provide operational guidance to accelerate the development of the company’s growth and expansion plans as per the budget.

Direct administrative activities related to products or providing services.

Advice on pricing, based on forecasts of customer demand and the overall budget and management.

Support in developing and implementing product-marketing strategies.

Plan or direct activities, such as sales promotions, that require coordination with other departments.

Develop and implement innovative brand strategies that differentiate company value proposition from competitors while ensuring the business goals align with consumer needs

Assist or tailor the local brand guidelines for sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and consumer touch points

Monitor and analyze performance metrics of brand and marketing initiatives to make data-driven decisions and strategic recommendations

Maintain and support point of sale requirements (such as taking orders, warehousing, stock, etc....).

Take on the responsibility of directly liaising with malls, handling negotiations for prime locations, securing leases, and finalizing contract agreements.

Recommend locations for new facilities and recommend remodeling or renovating parameters of current facilities.

Negotiate & collaborate with local suppliers/vendors to acquire all necessary resources and services.

Promotes a positive work environment that supports staff performance and retention.

Identifying relevant training needs for staff.

Support in personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation.

Ensure the implementation of all organizational policies and procedures.
