Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven HVAC Production Manager to oversee and manage the production operations of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, and mechanical components. The ideal candidate will ensure that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards and delivery timelines. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to team and process management.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily operations of the HVAC production unit.

Ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of HVAC components including ducts, fittings, and equipment assemblies.

Lead and manage production staff, ensuring clear task delegation, performance monitoring, and development.

Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring alignment with project deadlines and client requirements.

Collaborate with design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to meet product specifications and standards.

Monitor production KPIs such as output, efficiency, downtime, and scrap rates, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Manage material inventory, coordinate with supply chain for timely procurement of raw materials and components.

Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and apply corrective actions.

Maintain and optimize the use of production machinery, tools, and resources.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 510 years of experience in HVAC manufacturing or production management.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, duct fabrication, sheet metal work, and related production processes.

Hands-on experience in managing production lines, staff, and scheduling.

Familiarity with production management software and ERP systems.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an added advantage.
