- Perform all basic functions and related activities.
- Operate required equipment comply with safety procedures and regulations.
- Identify materials used for blasting and plasma.
- Perform blasting process as per standard practices.
- Identify and set-up all required condition to perform plasma spray.
- Program and operate automated equipment.
- Troubleshoot and test any defect while performing work.
- Perform plasma application by using extension gun.
- Operate and program plasma robotic system.
- Troubleshoot 7mb plasma spray system.
- Perform plasma spray application on complex parts.
- Troubleshoot plasma spray extension gun.
- Troubleshoot 4mb powder feed unit.
- Troubleshoot robotic system.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Undertake any other functions are assigned by the immediate supervisor.
