plan, coordinate, and oversee all production activities ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards. The Production Manager is responsible for meeting production targets, optimizing resource use, managing teams, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Lead daily production operations to meet output, OEE, scrap, and delivery KPIs
- Optimize processes to reduce downtime, waste, and changeover time
- Enforce HSE standards and quality systems
- Develop supervisors and frontline teams; build a high-performance culture
- Drive Lean / CI initiatives and support capex/process improvement decisions
- Report production performance to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in plastic manufacturing with at least 3+ years of experience as Production Manager.
- Effective organizational and managerial skills.
