Senior Technical Manager Automotive Chemical Manufacturing Division

We are currently supporting a leading industrial manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Senior Technical Manager for their Automotive Chemical Manufacturing Division.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the complete technical and manufacturing operations of an automotive and specialty chemicals production facility. The role requires strong hands on expertise in automotive chemicals, batch manufacturing systems, formulation development, and full scale production and quality leadership within a manufacturing environment. KSA relocation is required.

• Coolants and AdBlue (DEF) Production
• Industrial Cleaning Chemicals

• Automotive chemical formulation and product development
• Batch manufacturing, blending, mixing, and production operations
• QA/QC systems, laboratory testing, and quality compliance
• Factory troubleshooting and process optimization
• Cost efficiency and manufacturing performance improvement
• Technical leadership of production and cross functional teams
• New product development and innovation support

• Car care products (shampoo, polish, interior care, tire shine)
• Coolants and radiator fluids
• AdBlue / DEF solutions
• Degreasers and industrial cleaners
• Lubricants and additives

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Petrochemicals
• 5-10 years of relevant GCC or KSA experience preferred
• Strong exposure to automotive or specialty chemical manufacturing is mandatory
• Hands on factory operations and production leadership experience
