Production Supervisor

Production supervisor must be experienced to supervise production operations. You will ensure that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring staff and organizing workflow.

In a fast-paced environment such as production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and understand complex processes. You should also be able to improve day-to-day activities while reducing costs.

The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver high quality products in a profitable manner.

• Spices
  : according to the recipe by the production department, follow-up on their circulation and methods of addition
• Meat
  : according to the recipe by the production department and follow-up on their circulation and methods of processing and addition
• Packing materials
  : ensuring all packing materials and following up on losses and losses
• Follow-up of the machines
  : follow-up the readings of each machine and the proper methods of operation and follow-up disassembly, installation and periodic cleaning of the machine
• Coordinating with the maintenance department in case of breakdowns
• Making the right decisions and being flexible by understanding the production plan and developing solutions during sudden breakdowns
• Follow good manufacturing practices at all stages of production
• Submit performance reports
• Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Supervising and training employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Examining production outputs according to specifications
• Send reports on performance and progress
• Identify problems in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on how to use machines safely and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

• +3 years experience as a Production Supervisor in Frozen food or meat
• Experience in using different types of manufacturing machines and tools
• Diploma/Bachelor degree in engineering, veterinary or agricultural
