Mixing Technician

Primary Purpose

Preparing and blending raw materials according to precise formulations and quality standards. This role involves ensuring that ingredients are accurately measured, mixed, and blended to produce high‑quality products in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the mixing process.

• Prepare and measure raw materials according to product specifications and formulas.
• Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and control the mixing process, ensuring consistency and quality of the final product.
• Perform quality checks to ensure that the mixture meets required specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Record and document all material usage, batch numbers, and other required information for traceability and quality control.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mixing equipment or ingredients, reporting any malfunctions to supervisors.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring raw material stock levels and communicating needs for reordering.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and waste management strategies.
• Performs any work requested by the direct manager.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a Mixing Technician or in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mixing issues effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Experience in factories.
