- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of production / manufacturing experience preferred.
- Able to speak Chinese;
Mandarin proficiency is preferred. - Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiar with production processes and basic production management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem‑solving ability.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required.
- Experience working with multicultural teams is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is required.
