• Utilize appropriate safety and environmental procedures for people, processes, materials, products and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for the whole team.
• Apply core knowledge of quality skills, quality measurement, prioritisation, improvement, assessment and certification to sustain quality standards in factory operations.
• Receive the production plan from Supply Planning and organise the production schedule with them.
• Based on the production schedule, organise manpower accordingly to achieve the targeted cost and maintain OLE.
• Assist in identification of critical control points on equipment, ensure inspections according to QM procedures and integrate into maintenance schedules.
• Ensure production attainment while meeting expected production cost, reducing waste and minimising impact on health, safety and environment through proper waste and hazardous material management.
• Coach, develop and motivate others by identifying regular maintenance tasks that can be performed autonomously.
• Implement autonomous maintenance to keep equipment in basic condition.
• Ensure startup operations and changeovers are cleaned and executed following GMP and company standards.
• Cooperate with maintenance team to organise scheduled planned maintenance.
• Participate in trials and industrial tests of new packaging, raw materials and finished products.
• Propose organisation of workplaces to reduce labour costs and improve sanitation and hygiene.
• Implement actions to eliminate all detected process deviations.
• Digitise manual working files and reduce NVAA.
• Check material availability and use SAP for stock counts in the production area.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical discipline, or a strong technical background with two years of experience managing teams.
• Ability to make critical decisions during operational failures, define priorities and work under pressure.
• Practical experience in preventive and autonomous maintenance.
• Must analyse factory and technical processes to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with stakeholders to maintain operation goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Experience operating with semi‑autonomous or autonomous teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical.
• Experience with digital tools and programming to automate manual work.
• Knowledge of UMS, TPM or other continuous improvement concepts.
• Experience in FMCG.
