Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules across all tube manufacturing processes.
- Lead and motivate a team of production operators, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and fostering collaboration.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and training to maintain a zero‑accident workplace.
- Monitor production quality, identify and resolve defects to meet stringent customer specifications and internal standards.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment, specifically within tube production.
- Strong experience in pipe stainless‑steel manufacturing.
- Proven track record of leading and managing production teams, demonstrating strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of tube manufacturing processes, including welding, drawing, forming, and finishing techniques.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree in manufacturing or a related field is a strong advantage.
