Leylaty Group in Jeddah is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef (Production) to join our growing Japanese restaurant team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sushi production within a high-volume kitchen and is committed to delivering consistent quality while upholding food safety standards.
You will prepare ingredients, produce rolls and sashimi, ensure proper HACCP-compliant handling, and support the kitchen in maintaining smooth operations and daily production targets.
