• Coordinate the allocation of production manpower and cost.
• Support the Engineering team on the definition of equipment and production flows.
• Participate in decision‑making for corrective and preventive actions in Production.
• Coordinate, start‑up and implement standard operating procedures.
• Implement and support sustaining the productivity and efficiency system in the production lines.
• Optimize resource utilization by implementing an effective production process.
• Assist the research team to implement new products in the production lines.
• Coordinate 3rd‑party workforce management toward performance, quality and safety standards.
• Assist in one or more processes.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan. Promote compliance with ESG commitments and connect actions to sustainable development in the BRF chain.
• Foster a culture of sustainability, encouraging team members to promote management and compliance with global ESG indicators and commitments.

• Graduation in Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Management or related areas.
