Production Supervisor

Summary

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the production team, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. This role requires a strong leader who can drive operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of production processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.

• Supervise daily production activities, ensuring that production goals, schedules, and quality standards are met.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring that production targets are achieved.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Experience
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in a production environment.
• Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in factories.
Qualifications Education
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or technical certification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Skills

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
