Production Engineer

It operates the MEGA Plant in Jeddah, one of the world’s largest Pepsi bottling facilities, covering more than 300,000 square meters.

Ensure producing quality products as per plan with optimum utilization of available resources

• Develop task list and work schedules for the shift to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Drive and ensure minimum waste through following the Manufacturing SOPs
• Drive high efficiency and asset life through reviewing production process, machine basic maintenance and changeover activities
• Manage the production plan received, through comminuting with other departments to ensure meeting the timeline
• Maximize productivity and efficiency through shift planning schedule
• Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure right input/output data (quantity – downtime reason - raw material)
• On time reporting of the daily production performance
• Analyze daily production downtime during daily meeting and generate action plans to ensure prevention of reoccurrence
• Adhere to World Class Manufacturing practices & TPM and comply with Pepsi Co Best Practices
• Carry out all task as per standard operating procedures and adherence to company policy, HSE/ FS/GMP standards
• Assess, coach and train team members on technical skills

• 3 - 5 years experience in FMCG
• Experience in ERP System
